Bradford H. Forehand
Abroms Director of Youth Performance
Bradford H. Forehand is the Abroms Director of Youth Performance at Red Mountain Theatre. He received his Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre from the University of Mobile in Mobile, Alabama in 2009. In 2014, he completed his Master of Fine Arts in Theatre for Youth at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, where he also worked as a freelance actor, director, and teaching artist. Prior to starting at RMT, Bradford taught and directed at Lexington Children’s Theatre in Lexington, KY; Childsplay in Tempe, AZ; and The Coterie Theatre in Kansas City, MO. Favorite directing credits include Wiley and the Hairy Man, State Fair, Jester’s Cap and RMT’s productions of G2K Once Upon a Mattress, Once On This Island Jr., and School of Rock.
From: I’m originally from Trussville, Alabama.
School ties: I went to Hewitt Trussville High School (grad 2005), University of Mobile (grad 2009) for undergraduate, and Arizona State University (grad 2014) for my Masters.
Family: I have an amazing wife, Angela, and we have a young daughter, Hazel. Plus, I’m really close to my family that lives in town – my mom, dad, sister, brother-in-law and nephew. While I don’t have a dog, I REALLY want one!
