OUR SPACES
Cromwell Theatre
Our main theatre, with full technical capabilities. Seating for up to 459 people in the audience for performances.
Best for: Conventions, presentations with large audiences or high technical need.
Grand Lobby
An airy space with two bars, accommodating everything from weddings with sit-down receptions to tradeshows to DJ dance parties. Seating for up to 200 people or 300 reception style. Courtyard space can be included.
Best for: Galas, weddings, conventions, luncheons, mingling
DISCOVERY THEATRE
Our black box theatre. A truly flexible and fully equipped space; it's hosted book signings, groundbreaking theatre, baby showers, and even been transformed into the Moulin Rouge for a night. Seats up to 150 people.
Best for: Smaller performances/presentations, musical events, breakout speakers, luncheons, larger parties.
Breakout Rooms
Space to work or play. We have four available breakout/rehearsal rooms. Room 2, the largest, has seating for up to 150. Rooms 3, 4 and 5 can accommodate up to 40. Room 3 features a kitchenette.
Best for: Workshops, breakout sessions, meetings, classes
Keys on 3rd
A cozy nook with bar, AV setup, and soft banquettes. Seating for up to 30 people or 50 reception style.
Best for: Small parties, meetings with food and drink
