Important Ticket Information
All sales are final. Season, schedule, and artists are subject to change.
Exchanges
There are no refunds. Season subscribers may exchange tickets 24 hours prior to the date printed on the tickets for another performance of the same production. Individual ticket holders will be charged $10 per order to exchange. This must be done 48 hours prior to the date printed on the tickets.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or used retroactively. Discounts cannot be applied to Price Level 4 or General Admission shows unless specified.
CANCELLATION
If a performance is cancelled, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production. If tickets are unable to be exchanged, we ask that patrons consider making a tax-deductible donation of their tickets.
TAX DONATIONS
Unused tickets may be donated to the theatre for a tax credit if released prior to date and time on the tickets.
WALK-UP PURCHASES
Tickets may be purchased at the theatre one hour prior to show time (all fees apply).
ACCESSIBILITY
The RMT Cromwell Theatre and Discovery Theatre are both wheelchair accessible. Feel free to arrive early for special assistance and priority seating. For additional accessibility information, including assisted listening devices and sign language interpretation, click here.
LATE SEATING
Life happens – and we understand, but as they say, “the show must go on.” Our Guest Services Manager will do their absolute best to seat latecomers as courteously as possible. Thanks, in advance, for your understanding that we may be unable to seat you in your previously purchased seats if you arrive after the show begins.
RECORDING DEVICES
The use of cameras, video recorders, or recording devices of any kind is strictly prohibited. All cell phones must be turned off or placed on silent mode during the performance.
PARKING
Paid parking is located at our Arts Campus parking lot on the right side of 3rd Ave. South, or directly across the street from the campus (left side of 3rd) at the Children's Hospital surface lot. Click here to see maps of the neighborhood or buy parking passes.
If spaces are available, you are permitted to buy parking in the Children's Hospital lot before the show. You will receive a slip to pay at the Box Office.
The parking lots open at 1pm before 2pm matinees and 5:30pm before 7:30pm performances. You must have your parking scanned to enter the lots.
When parking at the Children's Hospital lot, please cross at the zebra crossings on either end of the block for your safety.
Parking attendants leave their posts 30 minutes after curtain time. If you arrive 30 minutes late to the show you may have to find street parking.
Street parking is available in the neighborhood. Please watch for any "No Parking" signs in other lots around the Arts Campus. Building owners will tow unauthorized cars.
ONLINE SALES
Ticket policies and fees apply to all purchase, however the transaction is made.
CHILDREN
We love introducing kids to theatre! All children 2-12 are eligible for a reduced ticket price, and must be accompanied by an adult. (Kids 13 and older count as adults.) You are welcome to bring children under the age of 2 to our Young Artist Productions without a ticket as long as they sit on your lap. Any children who need their own seat must be ticketed. We have booster seats available -- just ask at the Box Office when you arrive!
Please note, we do want all patrons (young and old) to be courteous to actors and fellow audience members. If you need to comfort a child, there are several quiet areas in the lobby marked by signage. We simulcast the show to the TVs in the lobby, so adults won't miss the show.
If your child has trouble with sitting still for "big" shows, we suggest two options to introduce them to the theatre! Our Young Artist Productions (2-3 times a year) are 1 hour versions of Broadway musicals performed by 8-18 year olds. Education Programs
Registration is non-refundable. In case of inclement weather, RMT staff will make decisions based on local school systems and the safety of the participants involved. Classes will be rescheduled to make up time missed for inclement weather. All other missed classes are taken at the expense of the participant. All participants in our education programs must have an emergency medical form on file.

Conditions of Sale:
No refunds. You assume all risk and danger incidental to the event or performance whether occurring prior to, during, or after said show. You assume all risk and danger of being injured by thrown, battered, kicked, shot, etc. objects and you agree that the management, its agents, and the performers are not responsible or liable for any injuries resulting from such causes. No recording devices, still cameras, or video cameras permitted. No transmission or aiding in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event, performance, or exhibition. You hereby consent to the reasonable search for alcoholic beverages, drugs, or weapons. You further consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any display, transmission, or reproduction of the event. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management and may not include additional ticketing fees (i.e. ticketing operations fee, shipping fees, etc.).
