Kathryn Dunn Harbert grew up in the Carolinas and moved to Birmingham in 1981 after graduating from Auburn University with a BS in Public Administration.

Kathryn is a community volunteer and serves on the Boards and Executive Committees of the YWCA Central Alabama, the Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham, and Red Mountain Theatre Company. She is an active member of the Junior League of Birmingham Choral Group and St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church.

In her spare time she likes to play with her grandchildren, walk, read, ride horses, hunt and fish with her husband and relax at the beach with her family.

She is married to Raymond J. Harbert and has three children and 4 grandchildren, all of who bring her great joy and which she considers her greatest blessings.
