We’d love to get to know you better and involve you in our organization. You’ll meet great people, see great performances and have a lot of fun!
Below are some details on volunteer opportunities with RMTC:
The Cast Party Committee, under the direction of the Cast Party Co-Chairs, assists in plan-ning parties for the cast following opening night. This includes communications and food.
The annual Gala is the main fundraising/social function of the year. The Gala Committee, under the direction of the Gala Co-Chairs, assists with planning, auction items, set-up, dec-orations, check in/out and breakdown/clean-up.
The Hospitality Committee, under the direction of Hospitality Chairman, provides a “meet and greet” service to visiting performers, directors, etc. including providing transportation for guests to and from airport and putting together/delivering welcome baskets to hotels.
The Membership Committee, under the direction of the Membership Development Co-Chairs, assists in recruiting new members and serving existing members through various communications. You may also be asked to help with the fall party.
Though the RMTC Marketing Director handles print and media publicity, there are occa-sions when assistance is needed, especially in distributing posters and signs.
Under the direction of the Production Volunteer Co-Chairs, you may volunteer to serve as an Usher at both Cabaret and Mainstage Productions. To ensure the highest level of pa-tron care, attendance at an orientation session and membership in the Dress Circle Society are required prior to serving as an Usher.
