Patron Experience Manager
Summary of Position:
The Patron Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring that a patron’s engagement with RMTC from initial purchase to departure from our facility is consistent with the organization’s brand, mission, and values. This position will develop policies, procedures, and people to deliver high-quality experiences within our facility that meet or exceed our patrons’ expectations. When the facility is open for patrons, this position is either physically present or has directed efforts of staff physically present.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for long periods of time (5+ hours). Acute hearing is required when providing phone and personal service. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and taste or smell. This employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (with assistance if necessary.) Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.
