Red Mountain Theatre Company, an arts-based professional theatre company, seeks a dynamic individual to serve as part-time Chief Financial Officer. RMTC’s mission is to create powerful theatre experiences that enrich, educate, and engage audiences – nourishing the human spirit, fostering valuable life skills, and cultivating a deeper sense of community. The CFO will be responsible for all accounting and finance duties in this fast-paced, creative environment. It is a hands-on role, requiring self-direction to plan, organize, and enhance the financial, accounting, and reporting needs of the company.
Thorough knowledge and practical application of QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft suite of office products including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Thorough understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management information best practices.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Formal education in accounting required. Preference is given to those with non-profit experience.

Director of Development
The Director of Development is ultimately responsible for identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of all contributed support (both cash and in-kind) for Red Mountain Theatre Company in accordance with budget goals for each fiscal season. He/she works in conjunction with the Managing Director and Board of Directors to direct and strategically manage this process for all donors and potential donors. He/she engages RMTC staff when appropriate to accomplish goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Prop Master / Carpenter is responsible for creating, building, purchasing, pulling, and renting all Prop items required to support the artistic vision of RMTC productions. Carpenter responsibilities include assisting with the build, load-in, and strike of all scenic and props elements

Oversee all Props elements associated with RMTC’s productions.
Maintain all RMTC Prop assets including materials, inventory, and equipment.
Advises Production Manager on the technical specifications, costs, and usage of equipment and materials required of approved designs.
Manage prop construction within the limitations of schedule, labor, and budget.
Assists with the preparation of departmental budgets.
Attend and participate in Technical rehearsals, Load-In, Strike, and Production Meetings.
Provide recommendations to the Production Manager regarding capital purchases.
The ideal candidate will be available for a Jan 1st, 2018 start date.

PRODUCTION SUMMER APPRENTICESHIPS
Seeking experienced local theatre production crew members for summer apprentice program. Several apprentices will be hired with 40 hours-per-week contracts ranging from 6 to 15 weeks. Tasks will include a variety of musical theatre production responsibilities such as carpentry, lighting and sound assistance, assistance in stage manager, and backstage assistance. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking to gain significant production experience with a professional company.

RMTC is currently accepting resumes to fill paid Over Hire positions for all Production Departments. Positions range in length of commitment from a single work call (4 Hours) to the full run of a production. Available positions include Carpenter, Painter, Dresser, Stitcher, Sound Technicians, Electricians, Spot Light Operators, Stage Crew, Load-In & Strike Crews.
