Important Ticket Information
All sales are final. Season subscribers may exchange tickets 24 hours prior to the date printed on the tickets for another performance of the same production. Individual ticket holders will be charged $4 per ticket to exchange. This must be done 48 hours prior to the date printed on the tickets.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or used retroactively. Discounts cannot be applied to Price Level 3 in any venue.
If a performance is cancelled, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production or another production in the same season. If tickets are unable to be exchanged, we ask that patrons consider making a tax-deductible donation of their tickets.
Unused tickets may be donated to the theatre for a tax credit if released prior to date and time on the tickets.
Tickets may be purchased at the theatre one hour prior to show time.
The RMTC Cabaret Theatre and Dorothy Jemison Day Theater are both wheelchair accessible. Feel free to arrive early for special assistance and priority seating .
Life happens – and we understand, but as they say, “the show must go on.” Our House Manger will do their absolute best to seat latecomers as courteously as possible. Thanks, in advance, for your understanding that we may be unable to seat you in your previously purchased seats if you arrive after the show begins.
The use of cameras, video recorders, or recording devices of any kind is strictly prohibited. All cell phones and beepers must be turned off or placed on silent mode during the performance.
Free and handicapped parking for the RMTC Cabaret Theatre is conveniently located along 3rd and 4th Avenues and in the Park Rite parking deck, located at the corner of 4th Avenue North and 19th Street North. An additional paid parking deck is located directly across the street from the theatre on 19th Street North.

Registration is non-refundable. In case of inclement weather, RMTC staff will make decisions based on local school systems and the safety of the participants involved. Classes will be rescheduled to make up time missed for inclement weather. All other missed classes are taken at the expense of the participant. All participants in our education programs must have an Emergency Medical Form on file. These forms are valid until April 30, 2016. New forms must be filled out for education programs starting after May 1, 2016; these new forms will be valid for one year until April 30, 2017.
