Shronda Major (Squeak) is a native of Birmingham, AL. She received her B.A. in Theatre Arts from Alabama State University. A few of her past theatre credits include: Birmingham Children’s Theatre production of George Washington Carver, Aldridge Theatre Company’s For Colored Girls Who Considered Suicide (Lady in Yellow), Red Mountain Theatre’s productions of Barnstormer(Bessie Coleman) The Color Purple (Squeak), The MLK Project (Principal/ Lawyer), While The World Watched (Busy Body) The Wiz (Ensemble), and Dream Girls (Michelle). Virginia Samford City Equity’s productions of Ruined as (Josephine) and Jesus Christ Superstar (Ensemble and Beggar Woman). She also performed with Terrific New Theatre in the production of Split N Three as (Penny). She thanks God for the amazing opportunity to work with this show again and special thanks to her Director, cast and crew.
