Kynnedi Porter, is a native of Tuscaloosa, AL. She is a Sophomore Musical Theatre major at The University of Alabama where she is also a member of the UA’s showchoir, Resonace. She has been acting since the age of 10 and is excited to make her debut with RMTC! Some of her past credits include Fruma Sarah in Fiddler on the Roof with Birmingham-Southern College, Star-To-Be/Sophie in Annie and a Dynamite in Hairspray, both with The Actor’s Charitable Theatre. Her screen debut was as young Misty Pope in The Legend of Oscar Pope, an independent film by Andrew Madison. Kynnedi also spends her time choreographing for local productions in Tuscaloosa. She is grateful for the support of her family and friends and looks forward to performing in future productions with RMTC.
